SantaSpotted (the "App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.
SantaSpotted is designed to be privacy-friendly. We only process what is necessary to generate your Santa video, and we do not store your photos or videos or build profiles about you.
You provide a photo of your living room so the App can generate a Santa video. The photo is sent to our secure processing service and a third-party AI video generation provider solely for the purpose of creating your requested video.
We do not store, save, or retain your photo or the generated video on our servers after processing is complete.
When you buy Credits through in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple. We do not see or store your credit card number or full payment details.
We may receive non-personal purchase information (such as transaction identifiers) to unlock features and verify that a valid purchase was made.
We do not create user accounts, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

We do not use your photos, videos, or purchase data to train AI models, build marketing profiles, or sell data to third parties.
Your photo is processed temporarily to create the Santa video and is then deleted from our processing systems and those of our AI provider after the video is generated.
The generated video is saved only on your device. When you choose to save or share a video (for example, to social media or messaging apps), this happens from your device, not from our servers.
We do not see, track, or control where you choose to share your videos.
We do not store your photos or generated videos on our servers. Any copies of videos or photos are stored only on your device and remain under your control.
You can delete them at any time from your device. If you uninstall the App, all data stored by the App on your device is removed.
We use secure connections and reasonable technical measures when transmitting your photo for processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Because we do not maintain long-term copies of your photos or videos, the amount of personal data we hold is intentionally minimized.
SantaSpotted is designed to be family-friendly and is often used by parents or guardians with children. We do not create accounts or attempt to identify individual users, including children.
